The Financial Stress Buster relieves you of the task of managing your finances and so frees up your time to grow your business profitably.

It is our premium product and provides you with a part-time Finance Director on a flexible basis. We will:

Act as custodian of company finances (offered separately as Profit is Sanity):
- Monthly review of your accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Explanation of the numbers so that your financial information is working for you.
- Confirmation that all accounting controls are working properly.
- Review of the cash position and updating the forecast for the next six months.
Provide strategic financial support.
Manage the key financial issues that face the business such as:
- Can cash be released for reinvestment in growth opportunities?
- Are potential hurdles to growth and profit identified at an early stage?
- Are actions identified to improve the financial outlook of the business?
- Are there contingency plans in place?
- Are all projects of a capital nature costed and the benefits assessed prior to commencement of the project?
- Is there clear communication of priorities to all staff?
Manage external relationships including:
- Your bankers for financing facilities and day-to-day operation of the bank account including negotiations on the charging structure.
- Accountants for advice and taxation matters.
- Other providers of finance to fund the growth of the company.
- Board members of companies targeted for acquisition.
- Board members of companies to which the business may be sold.
- Key contacts in major customers and suppliers.
