The Financial Mentor programme will help you to implement good financial practice from the start of your business so that you increase your chances of growing your business profitably.
In a series of between three and six, one to one sessions you will:
- Learn why cash is king.
- Learn how to keep the score so that you know which customers and products are putting cash in the bank.
- Learn how good financial management underpins the success of your business.
- Learn good financial habits from the early days of your business making it easier to convince providers of finance to invest in your business.
Financial Mentor will give you confidence to manage the finances of your business on a daily basis.
